Return & Exchange Policy

At melondre, every jersey is made just for you, which means most custom orders are non-refundable. However, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us, so we offer solutions in case something isn’t right.

Custom Orders

  • Since all custom jerseys are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for sizing errors, design changes, or buyer’s remorse once production begins.
  • Please double-check your sizes, colors, and personalization details before placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive:

  • A damaged jersey
  • The wrong size, color, or design (different from your order)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace or remake your jersey at no additional cost.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for non-customized, blank items if applicable.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, and items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Shipping

If a return or exchange is approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Shipping fees for incorrect or defective items are fully covered by us.
  • For other approved returns (when eligible), return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
